By registering, purchasing, or participating in any Lamassu Challenge or service, you (‘Customer’, ‘Participant’, or ‘Trader’) agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

02Definitions

• Company/Provider: Lamassu LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Nauru (Company No. 004572025).
• Customer/Participant: Any individual registering or using Lamassu services.
• Services: Any challenges, demo accounts, platforms, tools, or related products provided by Lamassu.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that your use of the services does not violate any applicable laws.

04Services Description

Lamassu provides evaluation and educational trading challenges designed to assess trading performance under specific risk and profitability parameters. These services are for educational and evaluation purposes only and do not constitute investment advice or portfolio management.

05Registration and Account

To access our services, you must register and create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

06Payments and Fees

Access to certain services requires payment of fees. All fees must be paid in advance. Lamassu reserves the right to modify prices or introduce new fees at any time.

07Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Lamassu are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the services without prior written consent.

08Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: unlawful purposes, fraudulent activity, attempts to hack or disrupt systems, reselling access without permission, and violating applicable laws.

09Limitation of Liability

The services are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’. Lamassu makes no guarantees regarding performance, availability, or outcomes of trading activities. The Company shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10Termination

Lamassu reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the services at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

11Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Nauru. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Nauru.

12Amendments

Lamassu reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the official website, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
